These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paint & Seek VR ("the Game"), developed by Sykes Games ("we", "us", "our"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of the platform (Meta/Oculus) through which you obtained it.
Acceptable conduct
The Game includes online multiplayer and voice chat. You agree not to use the Game to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players; to share harmful, hateful, sexual, or illegal content; to impersonate others; to cheat, exploit, or disrupt the Game; or to behave in any way that violates the platform's community standards. We may report, restrict, or take other appropriate action in response to violations, and player reporting tools are available through the platform.
User-generated content
The Game allows players to create in-game content (such as painting). You are responsible for the content you create and must not create content that is offensive, explicit, hateful, illegal, or infringing.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available (including multiplayer servers).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sykes Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at this page.
